Projects
Some of our recent and current projects include the following:

Ranger, Addition and Remodel:

This is the continuation of an on going remodel and renovation project that started in 2006 with a kitchen remodel. After that we replaced all of the windows in the house with nice Pella, Designer series windows with shades between the glass. At that time the plan was to add on a family room when Mrs Ranger retired, which has now happened. This brings us to the current room addition and remodel that also included the repair and replacement of some water damaged floor joists. The addition is a 16' x 20' family room with a vaulted ceiling and new composite deck. The foundation work was done by Arthur Contreas from Arkansas City with the concrete purchased from Daniels Ready Mix. The majority of the of the construction materials have been and will be purchased from Home Lumber Company.

Whittington, Deck

This new deck was built to replace a wood deck that was in poor condition. The deck is built over a basement garage maintaining access to the garage with stairs from a mid level deck to the deck which is at the main floor level. It is constructed with treated wood framing, composite deck flooring and composite railing. On this deck we choose to use Latitudes brand composite 1x6 flooring with concealed fasteners, 4x4 post sleeves, 2x4/1x6 railing with 2x2 balusters purchased from Home Lumber Co in Winfield Ks.
